Fragmented POS, chronic stock-outs and no real-time visibility across 22 stores; month-end close took 5 days.
Our approach
Built a custom multi-store ERP with POS, inventory, finance and store dashboards; integrated payment and GST modules.
Twenty-two stores were running three different POS versions with nightly CSV imports into head-office finance. Stock-outs on high-velocity SKUs were a weekly conversation.
We designed a headless ERP core (inventory, orders, finance, GST) with a lightweight React POS on the store side, syncing over an offline-first queue so tills keep ringing during connectivity dips.
Store managers get a live dashboard on their phones — sell-through, low-stock and daily cash — while HQ closes finance same-day using automated GST reconciliations.
Outcome
Stock-out incidents down 60%, closing time from 5 days → same-day, single source of truth across stores.
