This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain and safeguard personal information when you visit primefixel.com or engage our services. This policy is published pursuant to Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 and is aligned with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

  • Service data exchanged during an engagement: project scope, credentials shared for support (stored in encrypted vaults), invoices and correspondence.
  • Usage & technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser type, device, operating system, referrer, pages viewed, time on page and interaction events.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data (financial account credentials, biometric data, health records) via this website.

Some processors (e.g. cloud email, analytics) may store data outside India. Transfers are made only to jurisdictions permitted under the DPDP Act and are protected by contractual safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where applicable.

6. Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary:

  • Enquiry forms: up to 24 months from last contact.
  • Client engagement records: for the duration of the engagement plus 8 years for tax and audit compliance under the Companies Act, 2013 and Income Tax Act, 1961.
  • Marketing subscriptions: until you unsubscribe, plus a suppression record to honour your opt-out.
  • Website analytics: aggregated after 26 months.

7. Security

We apply reasonable security practices aligned with ISO/IEC 27001, including TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest for sensitive stores, least-privilege access, MFA on administrative accounts, logged access, endpoint protection and regular vulnerability scanning. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request erasure of your data where we no longer need it.
  • Withdraw consent for marketing at any time.
  • Nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity (DPDP Act).
  • Lodge a grievance with our Grievance Officer or the Data Protection Board of India.

9. Children

Our website and services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data of children. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided us data may contact us for removal.
